Lush tropical d?cor and stunning panoramic views are the hallmark of the new facilities that comprise the third phase of the Divi Phoenix Resort in Palm Beach; finishing touches are now being completed on the last building lobby and grounds.
The four new buildings attached adjacent to the Divi Phoenix resort have a price tag of $18,000 for forty weeks for a studio apartment which can be used as one pleases; special discounts are being offered before the official opening. Two and three bedroom penthouse units are duplexes, offering views of both the seaside and Aruba?s bird sanctuary. Two of the penthouses located closest to the water have been reserved for parties interested in purchasing fifty-two weeks of vacation ownership.
Two bedroom units come in a ?small? version of 1,122 square feet and ?large? of 1,550 square feet. The three bedroom units encompass 1,506 square feet, and all are decorated in tropical blues with comfort and convenience in mind.
The Pure Beach restaurant has been constructed to allow walking straight off the beach and in to the restaurant, with a casual island atmosphere. The cuisine will be ?light gourmet,? focusing on healthy eating. A bandstand will host live entertainment on the weekends. Located within the resort is also the Sunset Beach Bistro, a popular spot to enjoy dinner accompanied by Aruba?s magnificent sunsets.
All the rooms of the new section of the Divi Phoenix Resort are expected to be finished shortly with the end of July 2009 the projected grand opening of a fully completed facility. The old meeting room will also be totally remodeled to offer Internet stations and Wi-Fi with giant 65? TV screens to catch the news and favorite sporting events.
