Architectural Designs and Engineering
Many years of experience in various projects has given us the ability to make Functional Architectural Designs for our clients. Our designs are made from the clients prospective and needs. We also work in combination with other Architects and or Designers to present more ideas whenever is necessary to bring live to the project.

Architectural Engineering is the implementation of the technical engineering aspects in the early stages of design. You cannot design a project without considering the various technical aspects in this modern world of technology.

We also provide 3D designs for presentation purposes on any paper format and also as a small video presentation

Structural Analysis
The structural analysis is done manually and/or with computer software. The manually part is done in the preliminary phase when the structure has to be designed. The computer software we used to finalize the preliminary design and for the whole calculation is very capable and easy software to use, the Matrix Frame. This software is specialized in steel and concrete structures, but can also be used for wooden structures, based on Dutch standards, which are applicable in Aruba.

Mejia Engineering is the official distributor for this software, since 2001, in Aruba and the Dutch Caribbean area. At the moment there are several engineering companies in Aruba and Curacao using this software.

Project Management
Project Management = managing people, resources and time, with the most difficult item to be management is ?people?. The project manager of the project director has to organize a team to ensure everyone is doing their part with the available resources (budget) and within a specific time frame (schedule).

Our approach to Project Management is to concentrate on the ?people?, creating a winning team is a guarantee for success.

Inspection Reports
During the past years we have made all kinds of reports for banks, insurance advisors, real estate agents, homeowners, etc,etc. We have created our own special way of making Home Inspection Reports for future homeowners. Buying an existing property is not an easy task; you cannot rely only on the ?taxation rapport?. The ?Taxation Rapport? gives only the estimated value of the property based on location. It doesn?t give a real picture of the actual maintenance and or repair necessities of the property and their cost. Smart people use the inspection report as a negotiating tool before buying any property.
